I had an excessive hail issue, the system that Greenstone uses for updating the customer with repairs was excellent, I did not need to call them, all the updates were there on their website fully detailed. The fix took less than I anticipated, it took them two weeks to fix a terrible hail damage. When I fetched the car it was good as new Ivan actually vouch for them. They did stellar job with fixing and updating on the progress of the car on the Audatex portal. They have lots of cars that they need to fix so it may take a while to get a book-in but once its in it took less than 10 days to repair extensive damage to my Polo TSI.
